Cancellation Policy

At Qi Synergy Acupuncture, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality healthcare services, which include Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Herbs, Functional Medicine, Nutrition, Supplements, lab tests, and natural healing techniques. We value your time and the effort you put into scheduling your appointments with us.
To ensure that we can continue to offer timely and effective care to all our patients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
No-Show Policy:

In the event of a "no-show" (failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice), the patient will be charged the full cost of the scheduled treatment or consultation.
Same-Day Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your appointment on the same day as your scheduled visit, we kindly request that you provide us with at least a 24-hour notice. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the cost of the scheduled treatment or consultation.
Cancelling or Rescheduling Appointments:

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late for your appointment, please understand that your treatment or consultation time may be shortened to avoid any inconvenience for the following patients.

Online Appointments:

For online appointments with our out-of-state or international patients, the same cancellation policy applies.
This policy has been put in place to ensure that all our patients receive the attention and care they deserve, while also respecting the valuable time of our practitioners.
